At Kitchenista Corp., our goal is to provide convenient ways to order and re-order items, with options ranging from online order placement to phone order assistance. Minimum Order Quantity: $250 opening order. Orders less than $250 WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A $30 CHARGE.

If you prefer to submit payment via check or money order, you may contact our Customer Service Department for order assistance, following which you will receive an email with attached Proforma Invoice containing your order details. Please print the PI to include it with payment and mail to the following address:

Orders can be placed, viewed, and updated online, at any time. From our online ordering process, you can view and edit your company profile, check availability of any items, access our Promotion section and new coming product.

If you have specific shipping requirements, please contact us at 305.400.4992 as our specialists will be happy to guide you through the ordering process. Sales staff is available Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5pm (EST). Messages left after normal business hours will be returned the following business day.

In the event that a product is unavailable, you will not be charged until the product is ready for shipment.  Backorders will ship as they arrive in stock. If you don’t not wish to receive your backorders, please call to cancel. If the backorders is not canceled, we will not be held responsible for freight on returned backorders.

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express & PayPal and Certified Checks. Orders in case pack quantities only.  A 1.5% per month penalty charge will be made commencing 15 days from the date the invoices are due and will continue to accrue until the due payment is made.

For your shipping convenience, our preferred shipping carrier is UPS.  For all in-stock items, our standard delivery time is 3-4 days from the day we receive your order. Should the order take longer to process due to merchandise unavailability, you will be notified by email or phone.

Please inform us of any damaged, missing or incorrect items, by calling us at 305.400.4992 or emailing our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from Kitchenista Corp. Note: A copy of the approval must accompany the return. 15% restocking fee will be applied. Kitchenista Corp. does not pay return shipping costs.

Shipments with visible freight damage will be claimed with the carrier by Kitchenista Corp. Please contact us to inform if need a replacement or credit.

In the event that you choose to return an item, you will receive credit for the amount of the item (excluding shipping and handling) by the same method you used to pay.

Should you require to return an item you’ve ordered and replace it with another item, please contact our Customer Service Department so we can assist you accordingly.

Due to high demand for samples, samples can be acquired by placing the one-time order for  product sample (up to 1 sample per product) at 50% discount from wholesale price + shipping charges.

In the event if you wish to order a complimentary sample for review, you will be required to fill out the Sample Request form and fax it to 786.272.0137. According to this form, you will agree to return the samples to Kitchenista Corp. when requested.
